New Mexico now needs strategic and well-coordinated public policies to help develop new energy technologies and resources.

Wind Technology
The United States had the majority of wind capacity until
the early 1990's but the rest of the world has been racing
ahead. he government in Denmark has fosterd and supported local industries and the tiny country of Denmark now controls half of the market share of wind turbines (more than $8 billion a year).
