Regional Development Corporation is working with a private landowner in Santa Fe County to develop a 20 to 40 megawatt wind farm near Golden, New Mexico. The farm will provide power to either a municipality such as Santa Fe or Edgewood, or directly to PNM. This project will ultimately be turned over to a viable for-profit wind developer company.
