PNM filed an abandonment application for Four Corners Power Plant that includes sale of its shares to NTEC. Instead of shutting down, NTEC will keep the plant operational till at least 2027. This is contrary to law and contrary to science. We won but PNM has appealed to the Supreme Court.

We intervened in the PNM Avangrid merger case at the PRC because it offers no benefits to the people of New Mexico. We won and the PRC rejected the merger, but now they are back before the newly appointed PRC for a takeover of New Mexico energy again.
